An RPG strategy-sim set in the world of Path of Exile where you play as an exile that's retired to a management position. Recruit exiles and kit them out with a scavenged and crafted gear. Plan their builds and customize their tactics - then send them into a deadly world filled with loot-laden monsters. 

Watch your exiles suffer in brutal slow motion, or quickly scan the highlights of the fight in at 4x speed. Because in Exiled Guild Manager you don't control the fight, you're just reviewing the VoD... It's an ARPG... minus the Action!

Explore The Coast

The first complete Area is live, with multiple elite encounters and bosses that each demand a different answer from your Guild. Maybe your guild thrives on hunting crabs - the cannibals might be a different story. 

Recruit Your Exiles

Rescue, recruit, and purchase a diverse range of exiles to build your roster. No two exiles are alike thanks to 11+ different classes ranging from Beggars to Templars - and dozens of background Traits and Scars to be gained in battle. Each exile has latent potentials you can learn, that influence their growth and help you shape their build. 

Deep Gear System

Varied item bases, random modifiers, and Unique-monster Infrequent bases. It's the full, meaty gearing experience you've come to expect from deep ARPGs like Path of Exile, Grim Dawn, and Last Epoch.

Contextual Crafting Bench

Add modifiers, reroll specific affixes, and corrupt items to make powerful equipment for your guild. The crafting bench guides you through what's possible on each item, at each stage in the crafting process. Powerful crafting that's easy to understand.

Randomized Passive Trees

Every level-up is a decision on a procedurally generated passive tree. No two Exiles travel the same path. Each set of three passives isn't truly random though - they are influenced by the Potential system. Potential is what your looking for as much as class or Traits.

Exploration & Discovery

Scouting expeditions, mission outcomes, and chance encounters can uncover new missions, hidden areas, and monster intelligence. Learn about the threats in each mission and complete your monster bestiary for the area. Do you send a party to explore that freshly run-ashore merchant ship? There's a lot of noise coming from in there...

Combat Replay

Watch battles unfold with variable speed, scrubbing, pause, and a full event log — diagnose what went wrong, to adjust your party for the next battle.

Exile Tactics

Tune each Exile's targeting priorities and kiting behavior. A ranged exile set to snipe low health enemies can really thin the battlefield. But with their lightning and cold damage, that same exile could just as well Chill and Shock the boss to give the rest of the team a fighting chance.

Planned Features & Content

Right now the game is fully placeholder art and has no sound. My biggest dream and hope is to be able to hire some great artists to make real and actual non-placeholder sound, music and art! Potential even actually animated combat, rather than dressed up dots.

  • Skill gems and Supports: Monster skills exist but fully customizable Exile skills are planned in the near future!
  • Retreat from combat: Exiles will perform fighting (or panicked) retreats based on poor health and morale. But being abandoned by your guildmates is sure to be bad for Morale.
  • Crafting: Meta crafting items that alter the functionality of the base crafting resources. Fracturing to lock affixes in place, and crafting reagents that force the affixes you want.
  • Passive Tree Respeccing: Go back to an earlier path and explore a new branch of an exile's tree. 
  • Deeply programmable exile tactics: Conditional behaviour you can plan - if X happens, do Y. 
  • Multiple World Areas and Randomised Maps.
  • More Mission types including Defence Missions.
  • The Event System: both for in-guild events and on-mission non-combat events. Make decisions and test your party's Survival, Scouting, and Scavenging skills.
  • Unique items: Legendary gear with hand-crafted and unique modifiers. 
  • Upgradeable guild buildings and facilities: Train Exiles, improve their Traits, improve their recovery, assign them to utility roles to help your guild and more.
  • Deeper Morale management and morale-related events.
  • Party member synergy mechanics, support builds and such to make exile choices in a party more meaningful beyond how individually powerful they are.
  • Delve, capture and train pets, map system, and all those crazy things that I can't stop imagining! Okay so these aren't exactly plans, more dreams.
